Job Title: Store Manager – Jewellery Showroom
Location: Yamunanagar Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly/annual revenue goals.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Oversee inventory management, stock audits, and jewellery security.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store compliance procedures.
- Ensure visual merchandising and showroom presentation meet brand standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management on business performance.
- Maintain high standards of staff grooming and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of jewellery retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and jewellery retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Experience in inventory control, team management, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in POS, billing, and retail software.
Preferred:
- Experience with premium/luxury jewellery brands.
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
