Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hospital Business Head to take complete ownership of hospital operations as a business unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial mindset and hands-on experience in driving hospital revenue, patient footfall, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive hospital revenue, OPD/IPD growth, admissions, and bed occupancy.
Increase patient footfall, OPD conversions, medical package sales, and patient satisfaction.
Oversee doctor coordination, clinical operations, billing, collections, and daily MIS reporting.
Develop strategies to strengthen local outreach, medical referral networks, follow-up conversions, and online reputation (Google Reviews).
Monitor operational performance, revenue targets, occupancy, collections, and overall business KPIs.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Hospital Operations / Healthcare Business Management.
Must have managed both operations and revenue in a 30–100 bed hospital or similar healthcare facility.
Preferred experience in Specialized Hospitals, Daycare Centres, Eye Hospitals, Dental Chains, Diagnostic/Wellness Centres, or similar healthcare organizations.
Proven experience in P&L management, revenue growth, occupancy improvement, collections, and business development.
What We're Looking For:
A professional with a business-first approach, not just administrative expertise.
Must be able to demonstrate practical strategies for increasing footfall, OPD conversions, treatment utilization, admissions, occupancy, and monthly revenue.
Candidates whose experience is limited to administration, housekeeping, purchase, roster management, or basic coordination will not be considered.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
