Position: Production Executive / Production Engineer
Industry: Perfume / Cosmetics Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor filling, crimping, collaring and packing operations.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Reduce rejection, wastage and rework.
- Improve production efficiency and labour utilization.
- Monitor machine settings and line performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with QC to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper line setup before production starts.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Train operators on best production practices.
- Reduce downtime and changeover time between products.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 3-7 years manufacturing experience.
- Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, pharma or packaging industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage shop-floor operations and manpower.
KPI:
- Daily production output.
- Rejection percentage.
- Line efficiency.
- Downtime reduction.
- Labour productivity.
- On-time completion of production schedules.
Salary Range (Vasai/Mumbai)
- Production Executive: ₹20,000–₹40,000/month
