Wintech Education Consultancy is seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding B.Ed and M.Ed programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to counsel students throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding B.Ed and M.Ed courses.
- Explain course eligibility, admission procedures, university options, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in visits.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment processes.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and educational institutions.
- Provide accurate information regarding course regulations and university guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in education counseling, telecalling, admissions, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
