Job Title: Process Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Process Coordinator to manage and streamline day-to-day operational processes, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities.
Ensure processes are followed as per company standards and timelines.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Track project/task progress and prepare status reports.
Maintain records, documentation, and process-related data.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Support planning, scheduling, and execution of activities.
Handle client/vendor coordination when required.
Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Good in coordination, operations, or process management.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (if applicable).
Strong coordination and documentation abilities.
Team-oriented and proactive approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
