Job Title: CAD Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Technician to create accurate technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The role involves supporting engineers, architects, or designers by converting concepts, sketches, and specifications into precise digital drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (e.g., Creo, Pro-e, Wind Chill, Catia )
- Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and design briefs
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers or project managers
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized records of drawings and project files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, production)
- Assist in preparing layouts, schematics, and detailed plans
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as CREO, AutoCAD, Pro-e, Wind Chill, Catia
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards
- Good spatial and visualization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
