Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sr. Liaisoning Officer who can build strong government relationships, drive approvals, and support business development across multiple states. This is a field-intensive, high-impact role suited for someone who understands how government departments work.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with central, state, and local government officials
- Secure approvals, permissions, and work orders from relevant authorities
- Write and prepare proposals and presentations for government departments
- Manage end-to-end project execution from work order to on-ground implementation
- Track government policies and assess their impact on business
- Maintain proper documentation, file grooming, and compliance records
- Conduct site visits and coordinate between departments and internal teams
- Provide strategic inputs to senior management on regulatory matters
- Handle crisis situations arising from government actions or policy changes
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in government liaisoning, proposal writing, and business development
- Strong understanding of departmental processes, file movement, and official protocols
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in departments like Urban Local Bodies, Health, Rural Development preferred
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken & written)
- Willingness to travel PAN India
