SITE ENGINEER - Kalapatti, Coimbatore.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with hands-on experience in interior site execution to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, execution of interior design plans, coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include office, retail, residential or any other projects.
- Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside Interior Designers, architects,and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource
- Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Liaising with clients and their representatives/design team, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Preparing day to day reports
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Preparation of Bills for projects and maintain LBD sheets. Preparation of Project schedule
Required Qualifications
- B.E. (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in interior site execution
- Experience working on commercial, office, retail or residential interior projects preferred
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, finishing works and site management
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods and quality standards
- Experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants and design teams
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Proficiency in preparing site reports, BOQ, LBD sheets and project schedules
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
Salary: 30k-35k Monthly
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
