Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our IT products and services, generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and field visits.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in corporate, educational, healthcare, and government sectors.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing Activities
- Promote company services through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage customer databases and lead generation activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and social media promotions.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of IT products and services.
- Lead generation and client relationship management.
