Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst – Pre-Sales Executive with experience in the IT services industry. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, identifying business opportunities, supporting pre-sales activities, representing the organization in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences, and helping drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, along with a solid understanding of software development and IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project teams to define solution requirements.
- Conduct requirement clarification sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Pre-Sales & Business Development Support
- Understand client challenges and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, project scopes, and solution documents.
- Support the sales team during client discussions, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Participate in RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses.
- Assist in effort estimation and solution planning with technical teams.
Client & Organization Representation
- Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums on behalf of the organization.
- Represent the company professionally during business discussions and partnership meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify potential business opportunities through networking and market engagement.
Market & Opportunity Analysis
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through professional networking and industry interactions.
- Provide insights to management regarding business opportunities and customer needs.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, IT Consulting, or Client Engagement roles within an IT services organization.
- Exposure to software development projects, SaaS solutions, mobile applications, web applications, cloud services, or AI-based solutions.
