About the Role:
We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage financial reporting, accounting, compliance, and financial controls across multiple group companies. The role will work closely with the CFO and leadership team and support overall finance and controllership functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across group entities.
- Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, inter-company transactions, and timely book closures.
- Manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits with auditors and external consultants.
- Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, banking operations, and financial controls.
- Support NBFC regulatory reporting and RBI-related compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, tax advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
- Support the CFO with financial analysis, process improvements, and management reporting across multiple entities.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Big 4 / reputed audit or advisory experience preferred.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, audit, and compliance.
- Exposure to RBI/NBFC regulatory reporting is an advantage.
- Experience managing multiple group entities preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
