Arc welders join metal parts using heat generated by an electric arc. Their core duties include:
- Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Prepping Materials: Measuring, cutting, and cleaning metal surfaces.
- Machine Setup: Calibrating voltage, amperage, and wire feed speeds.
- Executing Welds: Fusing joints in various positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
- Quality Checks: Inspecting welds for cracks or defects to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning tools and performing basic repairs on welding machines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Education:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Arc Welding: 1 year (Preferred)
