- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business sign-off Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and other documentation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
- Life Insurance Experience in policy administration, claims, underwriting, premium processing, or billing systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Visio, Excel, Word, JIRA, Confluence)
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
