Product Designer (SaaS Products)
- Responsibilities
* Lead product design initiatives from discovery to final implementation.
* Understand business goals, user needs, and product requirements to create effective design solutions.
* Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for SaaS products.
* Create intuitive experiences for dashboards, admin panels, web applications, and product workflows.
* Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
* Conduct UX research, analyze user feedback, and improve user experiences based on insights.
* Review implemented designs and ensure consistency, usability, and design quality.
* Define interactions, user journeys, and product experiences that enhance engagement and efficiency.
* Contribute to product strategy by identifying user pain points and proposing design improvements.
-Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of SaaS product design, user-centered design principles, and usability best practices.
* Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
* Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, workflow-based applications, or SaaS platforms.
* Ability to transform complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
* Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.
* Experience collaborating with developers and product teams in an agile environment.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Preferred Skills
* Experience working on B2B SaaS products.
* Understanding of product metrics, user behaviour analysis, and UX research methods.
* Experience building and managing design systems at scale.
* Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
* Familiarity with AI-powered products, SaaS workflows, CRM systems, ERP systems, or business applications is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
