Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent across departments like Shopify, Performance Marketing, Graphics, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment/HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)
- Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or eCommerce roles (preferred)

Pay: ₹11,025.51 - ₹33,110.42 per month
