Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving showroom sales performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with Royal Enfield’s brand values. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to increase sales
- Track leads, conversions, and customer follow-ups
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives
- Set individual targets and motivate the team to achieve goals
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Ensure premium customer service throughout the buying journey
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Oversee daily showroom activities and display standards
- Ensure availability of demo vehicles and test rides
- Coordinate with inventory and service departments
- Plan local marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Build relationships with corporate clients and local communities
- Support brand events and ride activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain CRM data and customer records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably motorcycles)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics
