Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Executives to promote and market the company’s services in their assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, meeting clients, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The Field Executive will promote the company's technology solutions and services, including:
- Software Development
- Mobile Application Development
- IoT (Internet of Things) Solutions
- Digital Marketing Services
- Bulk SMS & Communication Solutions
- Website Development
- Cloud & IT Solutions
- Business Automation Services
This role provides exposure to multiple technology domains and excellent career growth opportunities in the IT industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Field Operations.
- Must own a Bike with valid driving documents.
- Must own a laptop or tablet.
- Basic IT knowledge and proficiency in using email, MS Office, internet applications, and online reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Language Requirement
- Fluent in Hindi and Assamese.
- For Shillong location, fluent in English and Khasi
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 10 client visits per day.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers.
- Promote company products and services in the assigned territory.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Submit daily activity and visit reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
Salary & Incentive
1. Salary – 22000 per month
· Fixed Salary - 10000
· Incentive 12000 (based on performance and target achieved)
2. Additional Incentive:
- If business generated exceeds the assigned target, an extra 15% incentive will be paid on the excess revenue as per company policy.
3. Career Growth Opportunities
- Employees who successfully achieve their targets consistently for 6 consecutive months will be eligible for a fixed salary revision to ₹22,000 per month, subject to company policy and performance review.

Training & Joining Process
- Selected candidates must report to the company office for an initial 3-day training program.
- During the training period:
- Food will be provided by the company.
- Accommodation and travel expenses will not be provided.
- Successful completion of training is mandatory before deployment.
Leave Policy
- During the first 6 months of employment: 1 Paid Leave per month.
- After successful completion of 6 months: 24 Paid Leaves per year, as per company policy.
