Job Title: Senior HR – Recruitment Lead & Operations ControlRole Overview
The Senior HR is responsible for leading recruitment activities, managing junior HR team members, ensuring timely hiring closures, and maintaining smooth HR operations. This role requires strong recruitment ownership, team supervision, reporting, and operational control.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Leadership
- Conduct HR interviews for critical and senior-level positions.
- Evaluate candidates on communication, culture fit, stability, ownership, and salary alignment.
- Manage candidate progression, salary discussions, offer rollout, and joining closures.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment outcomes.
Recruitment Ownership
- Understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Prepare and finalize job descriptions.
- Review and approve candidate shortlists from junior HRs.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
Team Management & Training
- Train and mentor junior HR team members on sourcing, screening, follow-ups, and recruitment processes.
- Review daily performance and maintain quality standards.
- Assign targets and monitor completion of recruitment activities.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain visibility of recruitment and HR operations.
- Provide management updates on hiring progress, interview status, offers, onboarding, attendance, and operational issues.
- Submit daily reports at 12 PM and 5 PM.
- Escalate critical delays and challenges proactively.
Review & Control
- Monitor recruitment trackers and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
- Prepare review updates and operational summaries for management meetings.
- Support smooth execution of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
