Role Description
Responsible for driving revenue growth and managing long-term client relationships within the hotel segment and HORECA channel. Acts as the bridge between business development, account management, and customer retention — ensuring consistent pipeline growth while delivering a superior client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new hotel, restaurant, café, and catering clients through cold calling, referrals, site visits, and industry events.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts in the HORECA segment, ensuring repeat business and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (leads, follow-ups, deals, pipeline status, contact history).
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos to F&B managers, purchase heads, and GM-level stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements with hotel chains, standalone restaurants, and banquet/catering operators.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments in the hospitality and food service sector.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and CRM dashboards for management review.
- Handle client complaints and escalations as the primary point of contact, coordinating internal resolution.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
