JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and manage the online sales team.
- Conduct daily morning strategy meetings.
- Train and motivate team members on stock market products.
- Monitor team performance and achieve business targets.
- Support team members in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Conduct client meetings along with team members.
- Ensure compliance with KYC & SEBI regulations.
- Promote Equity, Mutual Fund, and financial products.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 1 year experience in Stock Market / Broking Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Commodity & Mutual Funds.
- Leadership and team handling skills.
- Good communication and client relationship skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
QUALIFICATION
- Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
- NISM Certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
