*1. Guest Greeting & Seating*
- Welcome guests warmly as they enter Kafusa Cafe
- Seat them, explain QR-based menu if used, help them place orders
- For homestay guests, extend the same hospitality during meal times 471e
*2. Order Taking & Service*
- Take accurate food & beverage orders, recommend specials
- Relay orders to kitchen, ensure timely delivery
- Serve food and drinks promptly, check on tables during the meal 471e5834
*3. Cafe & Dining Area Upkeep*
- Keep tables, floors, and service stations clean and tidy throughout service
- Reset tables: linen, cutlery, condiments, menus

*4. Homestay-Specific Tasks*
- Serve breakfast/dinner to homestay guests if meals are included
- Plate meals for service, work coffee station

*5. Customer Experience & Upselling*

- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally

Since Travelling Troopers is a homestay + cafe, expect the server to be flexible - sometimes doing hostel guest interaction, sometimes pure cafe service. It’s a very guest-facing role where personality matters as much as speed.
