Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Summary:
CAPS Delivery is seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to expand its network of restaurant partners. This role involves fieldwork, meeting restaurant owners, onboarding new partners, and building strong business relationships to drive growth on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential restaurant partners within the assigned area
- Travel locally to meet restaurant owners and present the CAPS Delivery platform
- Onboard new restaurants by explaining procedures, documentation, and platform usage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and resolve partner queries
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of restaurants
- Monitor partner performance and suggest improvements for better sales
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, support, and marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in sales, business development, or food delivery platforms
- Familiarity with the local restaurant market
