Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Lakmé Academy courses and career opportunities.
- Handle incoming leads from social media, websites, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course features, certifications, fee structures, and career pathways.
- Maintain accurate student records and lead databases.
- Coordinate campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission procedures.
- Build strong relationships with students throughout the enrollment journey.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Passion for sales, counselling, and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi preferred.
- Experience in Education Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, or Admissions is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Inside sales: 3 years (Required)
- Academic counseling: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi English Marathi (Preferred)
