Role: Early Years Educator – Nursery

We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Teacher who views young children as capable, creative, and full of potential.

The Role (What You Will Do)
As our Nursery Teacher, your classroom will be a laboratory of wonder. You will:
- Design Experiential Learning: Create a stimulating, play-based classroom environment using inquiry-driven methods (aligning with global early years frameworks).
- Nurture the Whole Child: Focus equally on social-emotional development, communication, fine/gross motor skills, and foundational literacy/numeracy.
- Document the Journey: Move beyond standard grading; observe and document individual child milestones to showcase growth transparently to families.
- Foster Parent Partnerships: Actively collaborate with parents through our unique school initiatives (like our "Insight Days"), keeping them aligned, involved, and excited about their child’s progress.
- Cultivate Joy: Maintain a warm, patient, and highly energetic classroom atmosphere where every child feels safe to take risks and make mistakes.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Qualifications: A degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori training, PPTTC, or a professional graduate degree.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience teaching Nursery/Early Years (experience with international or play-based frameworks is a major plus).
- Skills: Exceptional spoken English, strong storytelling abilities, and a deep understanding of positive behavior management.
- Mindset: A lifelong learner who accepts feedback, adapts quickly, and brings a collaborative, solution-oriented spirit to a growing school.
