Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Experience in managing cloud resources, including compute, storage, and networking within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices for infrastructure protection.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and application integration.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud operations and support tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
