We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, career opportunities, and admission processes.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment and admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Address student queries and provide timely support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and counseling abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
