Location: Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (Real Estate Sales Mandatory)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to convert leads into sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Graduate preferred.
