A Middle School Teacher is responsible for teaching students in grades 5–8, helping them develop academic knowledge, social skills, and positive values in a supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the curriculum.
* Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
* Monitor and evaluate students’ academic progress and behavior.
* Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive learning.
* Support students’ emotional and social development.
* Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
* Participate in school meetings, events, and extracurricular activities.
* Maintain attendance records and student reports.
* Use modern teaching methods and educational technology effectively.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or the relevant subject.
* B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Good communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to motivate and guide middle school students.
* Basic computer and digital teaching skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
