About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller with strong knowledge of IT services and sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining IT products/services, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business leads
- Explain IT services, software solutions, and digital products clearly to customers
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain call records, lead data, and follow-up status
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for deal closures
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 0.6 to 3.6 years of experience as Telecaller / Sales Executive
- Strong knowledge of IT industry, IT services, and software solutions
- Good understanding of sales techniques and lead conversion
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT sales / B2B sales / software sales
- Familiarity with digital marketing services, web development, or SaaS products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
