In Medical Affairs, the role manages medical information services for HCPs and internal stakeholders, maintains scientific response libraries and medical communication materials, and coordinates publication planning and scientific exchange. AI-powered knowledge tools (Starmind) are used to accelerate evidence synthesis, and literature surveillance pipelines are maintained to feed safety, medical, and regulatory teams with current scientific intelligence.
For R&D Portfolio Management, the role supports integrated portfolio planning across molecule enabling, timeline planning, and decision capture using Planisware and the R&D Planning suite. It develops scenario analyses, resource allocation models, and portfolio dashboards for leadership reviews. Stage-gate governance, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP) inputs are coordinated across functions.
Operationally, the role drives clinical data sharing and open science obligations in compliance with EFPIA and All Trials requirements, manages external data sharing requests, and ensures de-identification standards are upheld.
