URGENTLY REQUIRED – PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT / LEAD ARCHITECT / SR. ARCHITECT (DESIGNING)-
LOCATION - BELAPUR NAVI MUMBAI (ARCHITECT COMPANY)
SALARY BETWEEN - 30 LACS TO 40 LACS per annum OPEN FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE AS PER EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Qualification / Preference:
- Bachelor's / master degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of experience in Architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Professional, Smart and Multitasking.
Responsibilities:- Will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the projects.- Holds Team of Drafters/Designers for results.- Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment.- Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.- Understanding of structural / Monitoring & Evaluation(M&E) drawings.- Able to communicate with consultants in clear hand sketches drawing.- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities.- Awareness of contractual obligations / rights.- Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good management skills- Designing, Planning, Creating and executing building elevation designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design applications- Municipal drawing making & coordinating with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget as per requirements.- Coordinating with the Clients, Site Engineers, Contractor, Project Managers, Quantity surveyors & team members.- Specifying the requirements for the project, adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.- Organizational, project management and planning skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks.- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability- Leadership skills and ability to work well within a team of other professionals an awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects.
- Architect must have working experience and excellent designing skills.
- Should be highly creative and great knowledge of architectural concepts & good
management skills
