About the Role
As an Executive – Client Service, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage client accounts, track deliverables, and monitor project timelines.
- Provide proactive support by anticipating client needs and offering solutions.
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and updates to clients.
- Resolve client issues with speed and professionalism, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive client success.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-first attitude.
