We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller – Lead Generation to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with prospects, understand their requirements, maintain accurate records, and contribute to achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided databases or generated leads.
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on qualified leads.
- Handle basic customer queries and direct complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecalling best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation.
- Prior experience in industries such as IT, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, or Telecom is an advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Freshsales is preferred.
