We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Web Developer to build, scale, and optimize intuitive web applications and modern AI user experiences.
Role Overview
As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable, and responsive web applications for enterprise users. You will bridge the gap between design, product management, and machine learning backend teams translating complex AI workflows into clean, interactive, and seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Application Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable front-end components and web interfaces using modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript).
- AI & API Integration: Integrate generative AI features, real-time streaming endpoints (OpenAI, custom LLM APIs, WebSockets), and complex data models into user-facing web tools.
- UI/UX & Data Visualization: Work closely with product designers to create intuitive enterprise dashboards, workflow builders, and interactive data visualization charts (e.g., Recharts, D3.js).
- Performance & Scalability: Optimize web performance, page load speed, state management, and cross-browser compatibility across web devices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices (CORS, authentication, authorization, SOC 2 alignment) required for enterprise SaaS products.
- Testing & Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code supported by automated unit and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional web development experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment.
- Tech Stack Mastery:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket implementations.
- AI-Native Web Features: Experience building applications that interact with AI/LLM models, streaming responses, or agentic UI flows.
- State & Data Management: Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query/TanStack Query) and handling complex client-side application states.
- Design Systems: Proven track record working with component libraries (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Material UI, or custom design systems).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Python/FastAPI) or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Vercel).
- Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics integration (Mixpanel, PostHog).
- Experience designing accessible applications (WCAG standards).
