Job Description: Patient Relationship Executive (Tele-Calling)

The Role: Convert social media leads into clinic appointments by calling individuals interested in our premium services. You will guide them through our skin and hair treatments to encourage visits to our anti-aging wellness centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contact warm leads from digital marketing campaigns.
- Service Briefing: Provide brief, professional guidance on hair and skin services.
- Driving Footfall: Encourage clients to visit the centre for a consultation.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain records of daily calls and scheduled appointments.
Requirements:
- Communication: Strong voice command and a professional telephonic pitch.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Attitude: Energetic, disciplined, and customer-focused.
- Experience: Previous tele-calling or sales experience is a plus.
