Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter – Non-IT to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across various industries. The candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and MIS as required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding.
- Stay updated with market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment tools.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully closing positions within defined timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
