The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits and supporting the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing, websites, property portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.
- Update lead status in the CRM on a daily basis.
- Ensure no lead remains unattended.
Customer Communication
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build rapport with prospective customers through professional communication.
- Address customer queries accurately and promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and confirm customer site visits.
- Coordinate appointments with the Sales Team.
- Send project brochures, location maps, and meeting confirmations.
- Follow up after every site visit to gather feedback.
Sales Support
- Assist the Sales Team in achieving monthly booking targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Marketing teams.
- Promote ongoing offers and new project launches.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries.
- Schedule qualified site visits.
- Update CRM after every call.
- Send WhatsApp messages, brochures, and payment plans.
- Follow up with existing prospects.
- Prepare end-of-day activity reports.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Review lead conversion performance.
- Follow up on pending site visits.
- Reactivate inactive leads.
- Coordinate with Marketing on campaign leads.
- Participate in sales review meetings.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
- Maintain customer satisfaction standards.
- Update and clean CRM database.
- Submit performance reports.
- Participate in sales training sessions.

- Responds to every lead within 15 minutes during working hours.
- Completes 80–120 outbound calls per day (depending on lead quality and campaign type).
- Schedules 5–10 qualified site visits per week.
- Maintains 100% CRM updates before the end of each working day.
- Delivers a professional and courteous customer experience that reflects the values of UVA Estate.Role & responsibilities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
