Job Overview
We’re looking for a MERN Stack Trainer / Developer who can build real-world applications and train interns to do the same. This role blends hands-on development with mentoring, project guidance, and technical leadership. If you enjoy coding, teaching, and shaping future developers, this role fits you well.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and manage well-structured databases and backend services
- Deliver structured training sessions on:
- React.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS
- Node.js, Express.js, NestJS
- MongoDB and database integration
- Application architecture and component-based design
- REST APIs, authentication, and backend services
- Guide interns through practical projects and real-time application development
- Design training materials, coding exercises, and assignments aligned with current industry standards
- Ensure interns complete a minimum of three projects and track their technical progress
- Conduct technical reviews, bootcamps, workshops, and code walkthrough sessions
- Evaluate intern performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with modern web technologies and integrate relevant updates into training content
- Mentor students on career paths, coding best practices, and real-world problem-solving approaches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack
- Solid understanding of application architecture and state management
- Experience with modern UI frameworks and server-side technologies
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and building developer talent
