Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide students in choosing the right international education opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, assisting with university applications, and supporting them throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
- Assist students with application documentation (SOP, LOR, Resume, etc.)
- Guide students through the admission and visa process
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Tel. Calling on DATA
- Coordinate with universities/colleges and internal teams
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any field); Master’s preferred
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multiple country applications
- Sales-oriented mindset with counseling approach
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred)
