Job Description: Spa Duty Manager (Ode Spa)

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the spa, managing room allocation, and ensuring cleanliness/hygiene standards.
- Staff Management: Supervise therapists, front desk staff, and attendants; create work schedules.
- Guest Service: Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, handle guest feedback, and manage conflict resolution professionally.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive revenue through upselling treatments, memberships, and retailing, reaching daily/monthly sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and handle billing/POS transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in spa, wellness, or hotel hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills (English preferred), guest handling, and sales-driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
