Background required for Manufacturing of Heat Exchanger, pressure vessel & Heavy fabrication Industries.
- 1. Prepare of QAP: Prepare stages of inspection based on material, end use of product, Inspect ability, past experience
- 2. Inspection of raw material at supplier end.
- 3. Product identification & traceability: Ensure that all equipment, facilities for tests specified in QAP's can be conducted either on an approved laboratory or approved subcontractor
- 4. Conduct stage Inspection as per QAP and record result.
- 5. Prepare final inspection report
- 6. Identify need of calibration for instrument and enter details in calibration register
