Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate Fixed Deposit (FD) business by assisting customers in opening Fixed Deposit accounts and guiding them throughout the process. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve monthly performance targets.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and assist customers in opening Fixed Deposit accounts.
- Explain Fixed Deposit plans and their benefits to potential customers.
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and other approved sources.
- Follow up with interested customers until the process is completed.
- Achieve monthly business and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth documentation and processing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduation preferred (12th Pass candidates with good communication skills may also be considered).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
