Position description: The Floor In-charge is responsible for supervising daily floor operations, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining discipline, managing staff coordination, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves monitoring floor activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within the assigned area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day floor operations.
- Ensure staff attendance, grooming, and discipline standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational flow.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed on the floor.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
