Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing to support business growth through candidate onboarding, employer acquisition, marketplace expansion, and promotion of Vryfide career solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital outreach
- Promote Vryfide services, subscriptions, and career solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets
- Identify new business opportunities and growth strategies
Candidate Onboarding & Engagement
- Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
- Help candidates understand career services and AI-powered tools
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure strong candidate engagement
Employer Acquisition & Marketplace Growth
- Onboard employers and recruiters onto the Vryfide platform
- Build strong relationships with HR professionals and hiring partners
- Encourage active job postings and platform engagement
- Support marketplace expansion initiatives
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support digital and offline marketing activities
- Promote Vryfide services through social media, campaigns, and networking
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve brand visibility and customer engagement
Key Requirements
- 1–5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, or EdTech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement preferred
