We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Manager

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations.
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory, offers & promotions.
- Monitor sales, orders, returns, cancellations & marketplace performance.
- Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and other platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, marketing, customer support & logistics teams.
- Track key e-commerce metrics and prepare MIS & performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rate, AOV & customer experience.
- Ensure accurate product content, images, attributes & inventory across channels.
- Support festive campaigns, marketplace events & promotional activities.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with major marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory & order management.
- Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Experience in D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle / Luxury brands will be an advantage.
