Job Position : Admin Assistant
Qualification: Any Graduate & MBA/ MSW (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including organizing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Documentation: Handle filing, data entry, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, answering calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Support to Teams: Assist departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and office activities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, office inventory, and other administrative documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
