Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective customer engagement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Generate reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and retention metrics
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Train and guide junior customer service or sales support staff
