Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and closing sales for our senior living projects . This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and patience .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms . You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and their families.
- Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options that meet their specific needs and lifestyle preferences . This involves active listening and building trust with prospects and their families.
- Property Presentation & Tours: Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients, presenting and promoting the unique features and amenities of Manasum Senior Living projects . Effectively communicate the value proposition of the community.
- Sales Process Management: Follow up regularly with new and existing leads to maximize conversions and move them through the sales funnel . Manage and grow an existing sales pipeline through regular direct contact with prospects .
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and provide post-sale support . Log all client interactions, updates, and status into the CRM system to ensure accurate lead tracking .
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to the senior living sector .
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status for management review .
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred .
- Experience: This is a fresher role; however, 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role is a plus .
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Tamil) are highly preferred .
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills .
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets .
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable using CRM tools .
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills .
- Other Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation for site visits .
