2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
Role Overview
The Client Accounts Lead / Manager will manage end-to-end accounting operations for an assigned international client from IVBM’s Kerala office. The role involves hands-on accounting, MIS preparation, coordination with overseas stakeholders, and supervision of a client-dedicated accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and client review.
Maintain financial dashboards covering sales, receivables, payables, inventory, and costs.
Prepare Daily Sales Comparison Reports and highlight key variances.
Generate inventory status and ageing reports.
Support sales incentive calculations by validating data and preparing payout summaries.
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices with proper validation and documentation.
Maintain vendor ledgers and track payment schedules.
Prepare AP ageing reports and follow up for approvals.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
Monitor customer outstanding balances and prepare AR ageing reports.
Conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers and sales teams.
Ensure accurate receipt allocation and maintenance of customer ledgers.
Assist in resolving billing disputes and deduction issues.
4. Cost & Operations Support
Provide cost details, pricing inputs, and discount information to sales and operations teams.
Assist in identifying slow-moving and dead stock items.
Support cost variance analysis and reporting.
5. Payroll Support
Prepare monthly salary sheets based on attendance, incentives, and deductions.
Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data.
6. Team & Client Coordination
Supervise and guide a client-dedicated accounting team.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to timelines.
Act as the primary operational finance contact for the client.
Escalate complex issues to senior management when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP, AR, and MIS.
Advanced MS Excel and ERP/accounting software proficiency.
Strong analytical, communication, and team-handling skills.
