Design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered tools and agents
Implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and custom integrations
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and various data sources

Manage deployments across development, testing, and production environments
Configure and maintain application environments ensuring scalability and performance
Support cloud operations, including Azure IAM, storage, and networking basics

Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, deployment guides, and knowledge base documentation
Ensure operational hygiene through problem management and continuous improvement

Key Requirements

Strong experience in Python development and automation
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience with Copilot Studio / conversational AI / agent-based automation
Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, SFTP, file-based integrations)
Working knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Storage, integrations)
Understanding of authentication, RBAC, and security best practices
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, LOB applications)
Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, versioning, release management)
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Ability to support multi-region/global deployments
Awareness of ITIL / ITSM principles
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
